Newly built multiple occupancy learning disability service based in Burgess Hill is recruiting for a senior support worker to join the existing staff team.

You must have previous experience working with learning disabilities and also have strong supervisory skills to allow you manage the team of support workers and agency staff.

Service is a busy and active service and service users do display both verbal and physical challenging behaviour. Aged 18-55 there is a high level of community involvement and facilitation of service user needs.

You must have up to date working knowledge of the CQC regulations and also be able to run a staff team of 20+ so a high level of delegation and organisation is required to be successful in the role.
