Support workers required for 16 bedded learning disability service based in Burgess Hill, close to train station and other public transport links.

The service encompasses various types of learning disability and the successful candidate will have the benefit of working with a large staff team in a positive and forward thinking environment across 4 bungalows each with 4 service users.

The role comes with excellent oppourtunities for future advancement and the chance to work towards various care qualifications. Drivers are a bonus but by no means essential as the service is close to all public transport links.

Previous experience working with learning disabilities would be preferred including persoanl experiences and work related experience. The organisation welcome applications from candidates with minimal or no experience as the right atitude is very valuable in these situations.
