We are currently looking for a star to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

If you have a big personality, strong communication skills and the drive to succeed we will support you step by step to become a successful part of our team.

Based in newly refurbished offices in central Brighton, a short walk from Brighton station and with a sea view you will work as part of our Social Care Team supported by Lauren a successful manager with 10 years of experience. You will benefit from comprehensive on the job induction training and will receive continued support to reach your potential!

Our team of Directors have a hands on approach with most of them starting their careers as trainee recruiters with FPR rising through the ranks and promote an open door policy to encourage new ideas and innovative thinking. We also offer external training opportunities to study for professional qualifications with the REC.

An expected OTE for a trainee consultant in their first year is between £22-£25k per annum. This is only limited by your drive and determination to succeed in your job!

We offer 4 weeks holiday increasing with service (plus bank holidays), contributory pension scheme and private healthcare after qualifying period.
