We are seeking to appoint a Service Manager for our West Sussex services who will be responsible for managing a team of project staff to provide high quality mental health services, ensuring that services reflect best practice and are in accordance with Mind in Brighton and Hove's (MiBH) policies and procedures. They will work closely with other agencies, delivering services in partnership and identifying opportunities for service development.

This post requires knowledge of advocacy services and experience of managing and delivering mental health services with a strong client focus.
