Hostel for young people aged 16-25 based in Newhaven is recruiting for a night project worker to join the existing team and give support to the young people at night time in a sometime busy and challenging environment.

The role involves providing infomation, advice and guidance appropriatly in addition to encouraging the young people to participate in the various activities in the scheme, a positive and firm but fair attitude is essential to success in this role as you have to deal with a wide range of young people from various backgrounds.

The role involves working night shifts and includes weekend and work on public holidays.

Previous experience in a similar setting working in a hostel environment is essential for this role, communication and transparency of infomation is essential.
