This is an on-going temporary recruitment administrator role, working for a leading recruitment agency in Brighton. You will be responsible for administrative tasks within the Health and Social Care Division.

Based in newly refurbished offices in central Brighton, a short walk from Brighton station and with a sea view you will work as part of our Social Care Team supported by Lauren a successful manager with 10 years of experience.

Description

Working as a recruitment administrator you'll be working as part of a team of 3, this role was created to assist with additional work load as a result of organisational expansion.

Your responsibilities and duties will include;

  • Answering telephone
  • Updating in house systems
  • Coordinate and arrange registrations
  • Maintaining files to make sure they remain legally compliant
  • Collating timesheets and supporting payroll

Profile

Applicants for the position of recruitment administrator must;

  • Have previous administrative experience
  • Have experience of using Microsoft office packages
  • Be an effective communicator and have excellent time management skills
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
