Resident Support Project Worker Supported Housing (high support) Brighton & Hove Permanent Contract 37.5 hours per week £21,119 per annum
We are recruiting a full time Resident Support Project Worker to work in our supported housing projects that house 16-25 year olds with multiple and complex needs.
The role requires an ability to engage and motivate young people to develop socially, personally and spiritually and to empower them to believe in themselves, take responsibility for their own personal growth and to make positive progress towards independent living.
It is essential to have some experience of working with disengaged clients and an understanding of the needs of vulnerable young people. Experience of delivering group work is desirable as is a psychologically informed approach.
This role requires shift work which includes some evenings and weekends however sleep-ins are not required.
