Independent service for 16 adults with various learning disabilities is expanding and recruiting for new staff. Set in a quiet residential area, close to public transport links and local services. The service is split into 4 seperate homes each with 4 service users in each house.

As a support worker you will be working as part of a well established team of support workers with a strong backing from the home management and owners.

Due to an influx of new service users the organisation have found that they now require new members of staff and have also recenlty increased their salaries.

Your job role will involve offering various levels of support to the individual service user as set out by their individual careplan and care needs. Service users range from being physically disabled to more high functioning so you will get the oppourtunity to work across the range of needs and see which one is the right fit for you.
