This post if funded by the Big Lottery Fund and will oversee the management of the Littlehampton Community Hub. This service offers support to those who are homeless and vulnerably housed, focusing on increasing their wellbeing through community inclusion and sourcing and sustaining suitable accommodation. It offers a breakfast drop in session four days a week and specialist services through a Dual Diagnosis, Accommodation Support and an Early Intervention Worker. The service will also work closely and support two new recovery houses in the Littlehampton Area.

This new role will not only oversee the daily management of the hub but also the strategic lead and development of our offer across the Arun District. This role will also lead on Private Rented Sector and supported housing developments to ensure we have good working relationships with local landlords and a strong offer of access and support to our clients.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage and plan your own workload and meet deadlines and targets is essential. Good IT Skills are a must. You must have the ability to take responsibility and make difficult decisions in the face of dealing with challenging behaviour.
