An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with extensive frontline experience, skills and knowledge related to Mental Health to join our well established, multi-disciplinary homelessness services team at WCHP. This post will lead on bridging the gap between the statutory and voluntary Mental Health services including developing a close relationship with the new Pathfinder Tier Two Alliance. The role will also work in partnership with Worthing Medical Group's registered Mental Health Nurse, with the aim to form an 'Early Intervention and Prevention Mental Health Team' alongside WCHP Mental Health Support Worker.

The successful candidate will develop the role to suit their individual skillset and needs of our clients. The role will lead on developing cutting edge mental health assessments, interventions and on-going support, assisted by a Mental Health Support Worker. The ideal candidate will also support WCHP in reviewing their Mental Health strategy, including devising and delivering training and guidance for frontline staff across the organisation.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage and plan your own workload and meet deadlines and targets is essential. Good IT Skills are a must. You must have the ability to take responsibility and make difficult decisions in the face of dealing with challenging behaviour.
