This post is funded by the Big Lottery Fund and will support people that are homeless, insecurely housed and vulnerable who present at the Littlehampton Community Hub. They will work alongside WCHP Dual Diagnosis and Accommodation Support Workers, as well as other agencies in the area to prevent and resolve homelessness in the local community. This role will lead on ensuring those who access the service report an improvement in their wellbeing by working alongside the Littlehampton Community Hub Manager, to offer pre-tenancy support and access to accommodation by liaising with local landlords.

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage and plan your own workload and meet deadlines and targets is essential. Good IT Skills are a must. You must have the ability to take responsibility and make difficult decisions in the face of dealing with challenging behaviour.
