An amazing oppourtunity has arisen with a respected local employer, job role involves working in the community with children who have learning disabilities and require additional support in their day to day lives in the Lewes and Chailey areas. All within a 10 mile radius.

The role involves working closely with children with a range of learning disabilites, the job involves visiting the children in their homes and offering the required levels of support. You will take part in various activities such as school visits and day trips out.

This is NOT a homecare role as you will be spending full days with the children with a focus on building an effective relationship and enhancing the childs experience of activites.

You must be enthusiastic and have the ability to see the childs development and fulfillment as your priority, assisting them and ensuring safety and ongoing development.

You will be required to work mainly mon-fri 9-5 hours but some additional support may be required at weekends. You will be paid a very competitive salary and the job role also comes with excellent employee benefits.

Due to the nature of the role you need to be a car driver, you will be paid at an extra 40p per mile.
