Independant care home for elderly people based in Peacehaven is recruiting for a NON-Nursing registered manager to manage a well established staff team.

You will be managing a 24 bedded service, the residents have various frailty issues and some aspects of dementia. You must have experience working with the elderly in a similar environment and also have the desire for the home to thrive and develop under your management.

The recent CQC report was Good so the home is in a good state and has been well run. However the successful candidate will be managing a well established team so a strong leader is neccessary.

Your CQC and legislatory knowledge must be excellent as you will be independantly running the home, keeping up high standards and working practices.

Job role is based in the quiet seaside town of Peacehaven, just outside of Brighton so an easy location to get to.
