This is a great opportunity to join a growing, friendly, family-run business in their Service Team on a temp to perm basis.

The role involves taking calls from clients to report faulty equipment and to coordinate the repairs by liaising with a team of engineers and tracking the progress of each case. You will be on-hand via telephone and email to answer any queries relating to the repair work and will be diligent about sourcing information wherever necessary.

The right candidate will be confident, self-motivated, reliable and committed to seeing tasks through to conclusion. You will need to be happy speaking to clients and colleagues over the phone and be able to deal with queries in a calm, accurate and helpful manner. This is a small team and therefore it is essential that the right person is passionate about supporting their colleagues and able to prioritise a busy workload.

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. Full training will be given and on completion of training, on-call hours will be added. Every three weeks you will be on-call from 5pm - 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday 8am - 8pm. Whilst on call you will be provided with a laptop and mobile phone and can work from home.
