You will provide support to our busy central Policy & Projects team by: assisting with research analysing and interpreting employment data drafting and reviewing HR policies and procedures providing basic employment advice to managers and staff. You must have a good general knowledge of employment legislation and have experience of carrying out research and analysing and interpreting complex information/data. You must have excellent ICT skills, an eye for detail and be able to write clearly in an easily understandable style. The ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise work to balance competing demands is essential as is the ability to work collaboratively with others.
