Do you have the passion and extensive customer service experience to provide essential support to Brighton and Hove Register Office in a busy and customer led environment? Are you able to demonstrate a high level knowledge of registration law and procedures?
We are looking for a Team Leader who can demonstrate a professional and flexible approach to the work, with the ability to build positive relationships across the team and adapt quickly to meet service needs. The successful candidate will lead and support a small team in day to day operations. You will be accountable for monitoring and managing your teams’ performance, developing and equipping your team with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to improve, modernise and strengthen our excellent customer service.
