This post involves collecting pupils (accompanied by a minibus escort) in central Hove and Portslade and bringing them to school, and then transporting them back after school. There will be the opportunity for additional hours when pupils and staff need to be transported to sports fixtures, school trips and events.

You will need to have a sound knowledge of relevant health and safety practices, and be able to present yourself in a positive, professional and welcoming manner.

A D1 Minibus driver licence and experience of driving a minibus is essential, whilst it is preferred that you also hold a Brighton & Hove City Council Minibus Permit. You must be at least 21 years of age and have held a full, clean driving licence for at least 2 years, and without any convictions.
