We are currently recruiting for a roaming Onsite Contract Consultant primarily based between Eastbourne and Lewes with occasional days travelling into our London Based recruitment Hub.
The primary function of the Contract Consultant is to ensure their personal sales results contribute to the team achieving and exceeding its objectives and KPI’s. This will be achieved by identifying potential recruitment opportunities within the local market and generating revenue by placing candidates into temporary vacancies
Following an intensive induction and training programme, you will work alongside an experienced Contract Manager and Account Management Team to provide recruitment support, by resourcing, screening, assessing, pay rolling and maintaining your own local temporary worker pool as you develop in your role.
You will / have:
- Excellent computer literacy including Excel and all other MS Office packages
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Proven customer service, relationship building and problem solving skills
- Multi-tasking and prioritising workload in line with deadlines
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self-motivated with the desire to learn
- Sociable, with a good sense of humour and who will always go the extra mile
- Experience of recruitment / business development would be a benefit
-A history of achieving challenging targets would be an advantage
- Enjoy a challenge, a fast-paced environment and be dynamic in nature.
Duties will involve:
- Screening, Interviewing and Recruiting Suitable Candidates to work for our client on a temporary or contract basis
- Supporting the overall recruitment process through reviewing CV's, (re)arranging interviews,
- Ensuring that all Candidates are fully compliant prior to commencing work
- Creating ad-hoc Management Information reports to support colleagues and clients
- This may include meeting with key stakeholders/line managers/heads of departments
- Working with the account management team to resolve queries in line with our service level agreement.
- Ensuring continuity of customer service for both the client and candidates
- Assisting with payroll on a weekly basis
- Speaking directly with clients and assessing their needs when recruiting

Additional Information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
