Job Title: Central Team Member - Admin/Support Job Purpose: To provide administrative and access to work support to the Central Team Pay Band: 2.3; £15,702 per annum pro rata (equivalent to £8.03 per hour) Hours: Part-time between 15-30 hours TBC (including some weekends where needed) Accountable to: Named Supervisor.

Essential requirements:

·         Excellent proficiency in administration including; filing, copying, answering the telephone, confidence with all Microsoft Office programs, and network management.

·         Very good spoken and written English.

·         Strong planning and organisational skills.

·         Confident in enabling another person to complete tasks to a high standard.

·         Ability to handle traumatic and sensitive information and to work calmly and confidently with people in distress.

·         Ability to work under pressure.

·         Ability to communicate effectively within the team and beyond

·         Willingness to develop own knowledge and skills.

·         Understanding of the ethos of Triangle.

Desirable requirements:

·         Experience working with disabled children and young people.

·         Emerging financial administration skills including competence with, and knowledge of, excel databases, invoicing and payments. Knowledge of Xero is desirable but full training will be given.

Main Duties:

·         To anchor the office, handling all incoming and outgoing messages, post, email and fax communication for that day.

·         To develop and maintain paper and electronic filing systems, databases and record keeping.

·         To provide skilled administration to the areas of Triangle that need it including: formatting reports, drafting letters, converting files to PDF format, password protecting documents, submitting reports, drawing up quotes using Xero and formulating initial responses to enquiries.

·         Provide direct access to work support to members of the Triangle team.

·         To participate in consultancy group work with children and young people

·         Finance administration including raising invoices, chasing payments, and checking and recording expenses.

·         To communicate clearly within the Triangle team and on Triangle's behalf.

·         Undertake other duties as may be reasonably requested by Triangle.

·         To work within the framework of Triangle's policies and procedures                                   

Triangle provides skilled support for children and young people in different settings including legal proceedings and enables children's communication when it matters most, for example when children or young people's evidence is required by the courts, when their views are needed to inform decisions about their lives, and when adults are trying to understand and respond to concerning behaviours.
