Your role:

Reporting to our Service Manager, you will be based in our office in Exeter Street, Brighton, close to Seven Dials. Your main responsibilities would be to:

• Assist our advisers with debt, welfare benefit and money management casework, including drafting written correspondence to creditors and clients, and maintenance of our internal client records
• Assist the Service Manger with day-to-day administration of the charity, including basic book keeping and data entry
• Provide initial advice / triage for telephone enquiries
• Advice clients on debt, tax credit and benefit issues.
