You will need to be someone who is enthusiastic and composed in challenging situations, with an ability to multitask in pressurised surroundings! You need to have good organisational abilities and a flexible approach to working and must be able to work and communicate with children and adults from varying backgrounds who have a wide range of requirements and expectations. Although training is available you will need to demonstrate a clear head for numbers and a systematic approach to managing your work. Knowledge and experience working with SIMS and FMS is essential.
