This is an exciting time to work within our front facing customer services at Brighton & Hove City Council. Working within a fast paced environment this varied role is key in supporting our customers to access our services. You will lead a team of committed staff and along with them help re-shape the service to ensure it meets future needs which will continually change as a result of technology and how our customers interact with the Council. As the Team Leader you will have experience of managing teams focused around ensuring exceptional customer service preferably within a Customer Service Centre or Reception environment. You will have a strong coaching/mentoring approach to team management and lead by example. Well versed in implementing, driving performance forward, measuring and maintaining team productivity you will have an eye for recognising problems and seeing opportunities for improvement.
