The Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme Co-ordinator will develop and oversee the delivery of a strengths-based domestic abuse perpetrator programme which focuses on fathers with the aim of keeping children and families safe. The role also requires the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team that delivers group-work to fathers which is innovative and informed by best practice utilising a programme curriculum to ensure consistency and standard of service.
