We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Change Advisor to join our Change & Workforce team in supporting business units and managers who will undertake extensive change and transformation projects.

The Senior Advisor (Planning/Change) role will focus on applying project and planning knowledge, techniques and methodologies, enabling the establishment of appropriate plans and mechanisms for delivery of change, for example, advising on and supporting the establishment of appropriate governance, advising and supporting the development of business cases, supporting and challenging scope and objectives of the work.

You will use organisational, operational and project knowledge to enable the business to effectively identify and manage risk and ensure the establishment of appropriate frameworks for monitoring progress and measuring success. You will provide support and expertise to managers in applying appropriate change management techniques and tools, supporting the development of business cases and the implementation of sustainable change.

To succeed in this role you will have proven experience of providing customer focused, timely, sound and accurate Change/Project Management advice and guidance direct to managers. You will need to demonstrate your experience of working through very complex problems, such as the redesign of key service processes as part of embedding sustainable change.
