Project Administrator Salary - 9.00 per hour 9 Months fixed term contract Working hours – 35hrs per week split as 20hrs Project Co-ordinator and 15 hrs additional administration.

Crossroads Care is an office of approximately 15 people, and we are looking to relocate to a more central position within the County of West Sussex. We are looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator to manage their upcoming premises move. A proven record of being involved in similar projects is essential for this post and you will be required to liaise with key members of staff, commercial agents and utilities. You will need to be proactive in sourcing suitable premises for consideration, identifying and prioritising tasks and processes commonly involved in moving company premises. Additionally, you must be able to work as part of the team and on your own initiative at times. This is a 9 months fixed term contract starting on 01st May 2017 (approx.) and running until 31st January 2018, although this end date could be flexible if the move is completed successfully sooner. We are offering 20 days holiday, pro rata, and there will be an undertaking that any holiday booked (other than Public Holidays) does not conflict with the crucial point of the move, namely November and December 2017. Additionally, there will be a requirement for approximately 15 hours per week administration, mainly preparing documents prior to meetings, taking minutes of meetings, typing them up and distributing them to the relevant trustees or other staff in a timely manner. Some of these meetings may take place in the evening, but these number just a few over the period of time. Working in conjunction with the CEO, there is a need for confidentiality and accuracy.
