You will be delivering Cognitive Behavioual Therapy based guided self help over the telephone and face to face and delivering psycho educational  groups for people with mild to moderate anxiety and depression. You will also have the chance to involved in a variety of on going projects for example work with the University of Brighton on student specific courses and the LightMIND research project with Sussex Mindfulness Centre.
