We are seeking 2 experienced, committed, hard-working and dynamic communication assistants to work as part of our multidisciplinary team at our specialist provision based at Brighton Aldridge Community Academy. Our supportive team consists of teachers, communication assistants, speech and language therapist and an educational psychologist. The Swan Centre offers a range of support to our students who spend the majority of their time in curriculum classrooms. Communication Assistants support students in both curriculum and Swan Centre lessons and have a responsibility for particular roles within the Swan Centre. You will have a key work role, taking responsibility for the welfare and education of a student with communication difficulties. You will have the chance to play an important role in helping us raise the achievement of our children with SEN in an inclusive setting.
