A successful, long-established organisation based in Horsham is currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their business in a Trainee role. Full training and support will be given to this individual but they need come with the right attitude and competencies to include hard working, good numerical skills, good computer literacy, and professional conversation skills.

This individual will become an expert in the areas of leasing and contracts management in a lease hire / financial services environment. The company also offers secondments in other areas of the business to those who show an interest so it is great opportunity to gain a wider commercial understanding of how a successful business operates. The business also supports professional studies if this is something the candidate wishes to do further down the line.

Candidate requirements:

• Bright and enthusiastic self-starter.
• Good academic background including a B or above grade in Mathematics GCSE, or A Level if continued, or good results at higher education level.
• Good computer literacy / IT skills including comfortable with most Microsoft programmes.
• The ability to learn and retain information quickly.
