About the Role
HR ADVISOR
24,721 - 26,705 per annum (pro rata)
(Actual pro rata salary range is 12,360 – 13,352 per annum)

Part-time/Full year/Fixed term for 1 year initially
This busy role involves managing all aspects of HR within a fast-paced school. The successful person will have proven generalist and ER experience in HR related activities. They will be required to support the Headteacher, senior management, Governors and employees in ensuring polices are followed correctly while providing advice and guidance on a whole range of topics. Candidates should have knowledge of HR legislation, policy and procedures, excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and have a pragmatic approach to resolving problems. The successful person will ideally be CIPD qualified.
