About the Role

We are seeking to employ a self motivated and experienced Supervisor to administrate and supervise the internal exclusion of students in the isolation room; coordinating work from relevant subject areas, thereby providing personalised challenge and motivation to all; whilst also managing high standards of behaviour in line with the school’s approach to ensure a consistently calm and productive working environment.

The successful candidate will join our Inclusion Team and will have the drive and intent to secure school improvement; have a creative and innovative approach and an ability to embrace and promote change; be enthusiastic and determined to support the school in its drive for continuous improvement.

Additional Information

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
