Adoption Social Workers

We are looking for self-employed, qualified social workers with adoption experience to undertake initial interviews, adoption assessments  and post-placement support. You will have the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines. All work will need to be completed to a high standard and you will be required to attend panel with your applicants. You must be HCPC registered and have three years' post-qualifying experience in children's social work including direct experience in adoption. You will need to have access to your own transport, be willing to travel and hold your own professional indemnity insurance. 

Therapeutically Trained Social Workers

We are also looking for therapeutically trained social workers with a good understanding and experience of working with trauma and attachment issues to provide excellent therapeutic support to our children and families. You must have appropriate membership with a professional organisation.

We can offer a competitive rate and you will be provided with support and consultation for each assignment.

You will need to provide three references, a DBS check will be undertaken.
