About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Secondment as Office Manager within the Adult Social Care (ASC) Hospital Team based at Conquest Hospital
You will be responsible for managing administrative staff including recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisal, training, attendance and performance management. You will ensure the delivery of an effective admin support service including provision of administrative support for projects and corporate initiative when required.
The role will be fast paced with plenty of variety. You will be a great communicator with strong MS Office skills and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service. In return for your commitment, we offer on going training and development opportunities in a friendly and supportive team.

This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previously the Criminal Records Bureau). Please note that we require evidence of an overseas police check if you have lived or worked abroad.
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
