Location: Terminus Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex

In this role you will be providing support for our 5 money advisers who each deal with up to 70 clients' cases at one time. Working under their supervision you will be helping people set up a workable budget, apply for grants to pay off utilities arrears, help them to reach affordable agreements with creditors and assist advisers who are taking clients through a debt relief order or bankruptcy.
