Recruitment team leader, 6 month contract

We are seeking an experienced HR administrator with recruitment expertise to lead a small recruitment team employed by Capita delivering an end to end service to West Sussex County Council.

You should have some experience of supervising a team as well as using applicant tracking and HR systems.

You will have sound administrative and organisational skills and be able to prioritise resources rapidly to meet changing demands. You will be confident to deliver on challenging key performance indicators and have a real commitment to building effective relationships with client managers.
