Prospective candidates must have the following:

• A minimum of one year's advice work experience
• Experience of working with a team of volunteers
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Knowledge of the four core Information and Advice subject areas; benefits & money, housing, care and local services

The post will be 21 hours per week (£18,969pa - pro rata) contract until 31st March 2018
