About you Our model is based on social workers who are committed to relationship-based practice and using their relationships with families to affect change. We are currently recruiting talented Social Workers who can help us to develop excellent social work practice. We also require Senior Social Workers to lead on the delivery of good practice and the support and development of other practitioners. You must hold a Professional Social Work Qualification (e.g. CQSW, Dip(SW), MSW) and be registered as a social worker with the HCPC. In addition, you will need to have experience of working directly with children in need and their families in a multi-disciplinary service and be able to build strong, meaningful relationships with children from diverse backgrounds, their families and key agencies.
