You will join a small team of administrators who provide a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day running of the Assessment Service as well as the delivery of Adult Social Care services. You will have a lead role in supporting the Access Point, which is the first point of contact for Adult Social Care, managing incoming requests for information, advice and support and ensuring they are passed to the most appropriate service to respond to.
