Sussex Oakleaf is a dynamic and value-driven charitable organisation supporting vulnerable adults in a wide range of services across East and West Sussex. Our mission is to enable people to survive crisis and recover control in their lives.

We are looking to recruit up to four posts in our newly created Youth Mental Health Service. The service is for (16-25 year olds) working in partnership with Coastal Mind.

The role entails outreach into young people's settings to develop and provide recovery focused 1:1 and group support and learning opportunities. You will be required to develop and maintain strong partnerships and links with young people services in the local area including local colleges and CAMHS.  Through focused 1:1 work and group activities you will be using a variety of skills and tools to promote self-management and mental wellbeing.

If you :-

·         Are passionate in making a positive difference to the lives of young adults experiencing mental health difficulties

·         Have experience of working with young people with mental health problems

·         Enthusiastic and passionate about recovery focused mental health work.

·         Have the ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload of clients in the community and develop group work with young people to promote their wellbeing.

·         Are a strong team player
