You will: Be a qualified and experienced Health Trainer, having successfully completed the City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate for Health Trainers, or have held an equivalent role supporting clients to make healthy lifestyle changes. Have a good understanding of Brighton & Hove’s communities and experience of developing effective links with community groups and other organisations to address local health inequalities. Have experience of successfully supporting clients using behaviour change tools, both on a one-to-one and group basis. Be able to support the day to day running of the service and provide support and supervision to trainee and qualified staff. Be able to work in a variety of settings across the city and to work occasional weekends and evenings. 18.5 hours per week - however contracted hours may be negotiable (minimum of 16 and up to 37 hours per week).
