The Carers Centre for Brighton & Hove is looking for a skilled individual to fill the following position:-

Primary Care Carers Worker

35 hrs per week (including weekends/evenings occasionally)

A four-year fixed term contract, extension of contract depends on future funding

£24,064 - £24,872 3% pension contribution

This post aims to provide carers awareness training across the Primary Care Services and link up with the Care Clusters of the city.
