We are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager who has proven experience of working with people who have learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. You will play an important role in supporting the manager to further develop the service and lead the staff team. You will also need to work closely with families and a multi disciplinary team.

You will need to have experience and an understanding of staff supervision, have clear written and verbal communication skills and be able to work within and manage the team. It is preferable that the successful candidate is 21 years or over and has a full driving licence (three points maximum) to drive the unit car.
