Archway Mental Health Project

BHT is looking for 1 part-time and 2 full-time Project Workers to join the experienced team at the Archway Project. Archway is a recovery-focused mental health service comprising 2 residential properties in Hove. The service adopts a person-centred and holistic approach to support with an emphasis on client involvement and co-production.  The ultimate aim is to enable clients to achieve greater independence and move-on to less-supported accommodation within a two year timeframe. Both properties are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Permanent Contracts

Salary: 27 core hrs per week at £22,233 pro rata per annum plus 15 'Sleep In Hours' per week at £16,382 pro rata per annum, plus Anti-Social Hours Enhancement of £1,426 per annum pro rata

42 hours per week, based in Hove

4% employer's pension contribution (the level of this is reviewed annually).

Annual Leave entitlement starts at 25 working days (pro rata)

As a Project Worker you will offer clients a range of support to promote health, independence and participation in the wider community; this will include supporting them to access external services, assistance with benefits, budgeting, emotional support, tenancy related support, and confidence building.
