37 hours per week, salary £21,683.48, based in Littlehampton delivering service throughout West Sussex

We deliver an information and advice service to people aged 50 and over, as well as their families and carers, on a wide range of issues. We operate an Advice Quality Standard (AQS) marked telephone advice line from our headquarters in Littlehampton, face to face advice at outreach locations throughout West Sussex and home visits for less mobile clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team, with proven communication and people skills, knowledge and experience of delivering advice. You will be required to provide county wide information and advice for older people by answering enquiries from the public over the telephone, in person and via email or other written means, as well as manage, supervise and support the advisors, working as part of the Telephone/Outreach Team.

The Information and Advice service provides advice on a broad range of topics including, financial, benefits, debt, housing, employment, consumer, care, community support, funding care, education and leisure activities.

The post requires a full driving licence and use of a car.
