The successful candidate will assist in negotiations with landlords and agents in the private sector to secure property for use as temporary accommodation and for direct lets. The role will also assist in maintaining various schemes aimed at matching tenants to suitable properties. Based within the Acquisitions Team, the post holder will assist in increasing the number of private sector lets both within the City and the wider Sussex area. Hours per week: 37 (Monday to Friday) flexible working.
