The successful candidate will negotiate with landlords and agents to acquire suitable private sector properties for use as temporary accommodation and for direct lets. The role will also assist with landlord liaison throughout the lease term and at lease end. Based within the Acquisitions Team, the post holder will contribute toward maintaining the stock of property both within the City and the wider Sussex area. Hours per week: 37 (Monday to Friday) flexible working.
