£38,237 to £47,450 per annum Permanent, Full-time Based in Horsham or Bognor Regis These posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check. As a leadership team we will stand at your side, supporting you every step of the way Children Looked After Ready to share your great ideas, great practice and great outcomes, we need leaders who can motivate and inspire our social work teams, provide expert supervision and champion best practice. As a Practice Manager, you will support and lead on achieving and maintaining permanence for our children, including care planning, family court proceedings and preparation for children leaving care. Passionate about making a difference, you will be responsible for leading a small group of social workers and other staff, providing expert supervision, mentoring/coaching and supporting the development of reflective and relationship based practice. Children Looked After teams work with children subject to court proceedings, children in long term foster care, Children placed for adoption and supports children moving into independence. Our practice framework is based on Signs of Safety underpinned by knowledge of attachment and the impact of developmental trauma on children and families – all staff receive extensive training and support to implement these approaches. As a Practice Manager you will also have access to Research in Practice and Community Care Inform. You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
