Brighton & Hove City Council’s Platform Engineering Team is looking to recruit an ICT Analyst to join the IT & D’s Platform Engineering Team. This role will be predominantly be focused on supporting the delivery of integration platform as a service (iPaaS) and a rapid development platform (RAD).

In this fast paced environment you’ll be contributing to a multi-year programme of organisational modernisation, business change programmes and projects in which experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous.

Application support,

Querying using MS SQL,

Release management,

Web services and supporting architecture such as SSL, IIS and Apache.

Working with RAD platforms.

Working within a DevOps environment.

Specialist knowledge to a level of 'subject matter expert' in one or more of the technologies outlined above.

Experience of working as a subject matter expert within a technical team and contributing to providing technical solutions to meet business requirements.
