Job Title: Head of Advisor Support - Financial Services

Salary: Circa £30,000

The Role:

To manage a team and its work flow in Advisor Support. You will need to ensure that maximum efficiency and productivity targets are achieved. This is a regulated, best practice role.

Who we are looking for: Ideal candidates will have financial services and call centre experience with the following skills/attributes:

Fully competent in word, excel and outlook
Performance management experience (including discipline and grievance)
Task management experience

Well developed problem solving skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Confident communication skills

Qualifications:

As this is a regulated role a minimum of FPC1 (or studying towards) is required.
