An award winning Sussex accountancy firm is looking to hire a Personal Tax Manager, who is keen to move into Private Client, within their Lewes office.

If you are keen to take on a new challenge within a familiar environment then look no further. Our client is looking for someone who has an excellent background within Personal Tax but who wishes to make the change to Private Client

You could be ready to take the next step up the career ladder from Personal Tax Assistant Manager or you may already be a Personal Tax Manager with experience in leading a team. The firm have gained their ICAEW probate license and want to strengthen their offering within this sector.

There is off street parking next to the office and Lewes train station is just a 10 minute walk away, so is easily commutable from a large portion of Sussex.

About you

• You could have a range of qualifications, from Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) to Tax Technician (ATT) or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
• A desire to develop a wider range of skills within Private Client Tax and take on a new challenge.
• Show willingness to gain extra qualifications such as becoming a qualified willwriter from the Institute of Professional Willwriters or even study the STEP qualification.
• Be able to engage in good conversations with clients about potentially difficult topics in order to enhance business development.

The salary associated with this role has been set by the agency and should therefore be viewed as market rate.
