£25,000-30,000pa + CIM support if required

My client is an award winning entrepreneurial business based in central Chichester. They've made a significant name for themselves in a short period of time and disrupted their industry. A highly vibrant, exciting, and dynamic environment to be a part of.

They're looking for an experienced and fresh Digital Marketing Executive to join the company's newly formed marketing and communications department. You will support the Manager in developing and delivering the annual plan for their own site and driving online sales growth/presence.

This will include day to day management of several online revenue generating levers, such as, but not limited to: SEM; SEO; email; affiliate networks; social channels, etc. You will also become involved in other supporting activities as the role demands. These may include blog posts and other social media; photography; videography and other creative processes; and building and distribution of regular reporting to the wider business.

Candidates need have:

• Experiencing using Google Analytics
• Experience in email marketing
• 2-3 years previous digital marketing experience with a real passion for it
• A self-starter and team player, who will add immediate value to the team
• Highly organised, with excellent time management and project management skills
• A structured and agile test and learn approach to ecommerce and digital marketing
• Strong general analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
